Curtain Rises on Eleventh House
On January 11th, the Eleventh House of the Performing Arts invited the media be present as the organization introduced itself to Mississauga. The goal of the Eleventh House is to bring and connect various cultures together in the making of art. It strives to have a multicultural mix in its casting and in the content of its performances. Through drama, music and dance, the group hopes to put its audiences on a “rollercoaster ride” of all the three talents in one show. It will also develop very unique projects from a writing workshop, performance workshop and hopes to create affiliations with other art organizations in this multicultural community to help bring culturally diverse artists together. Eleventh House invites all to come out and enjoy everything it has to offer in April, the start of its first season.
