Medieval Feast
What a night for those who attended St. Paul's Anglican Church on Friday, January 22nd. Assisted by the Society of Creative Anachronisms of Vest Yorvik Canton, St. Paul's Anglican Church held its first annual Medieval Feast fundraiser for church members in the great hall. There were door prizes, entertainment, live music, King and Queen of Fools and dancers for those who took part in the event. For $20 per ticket, church members were treated to a large medieval supper which started off with appetizers, lombard pie, roast pork and finished with breaded pudding. Costumes were optional and many were dressed for the occasion. Of course, those from the Society of Creative Anachronisms of Vest Yorvik Canton were all dressed up in classic medieval outfits and during each course of the meal, participants took part in traditional medieval dance. What a great time for all of those at the Medieval Feast at the St. Paul's Anglican Church.
