Open Mic Night
The Fogo Tapas Bar and Lounge was at near capacity on Tuesday, January 26th, as Opus Tune hosted its very first open mic night. Singers, song writers, emcees or whoever from all over the GTA, were invited to play in short ten minute segments in front of the packed house. The highlight of the night was that of Montague Street, the only band of the night who rocked South Mississauga with its style of indie music. Fans inside Fogo Tapas Bar took advantage of happy hour at 8pm which offered a discount on select drinks and plates and, for $5 at the door, fans got to listen to a wide variety of different styles of music. If you missed the first Opus Tune open mic night, don’t worry, open mic night will be back at Fogo Tapas Bar and Lounge this February.
