Ride 4 Kidney

The organizers of “Ride 4 Kidney” pulled out all the stops on Saturday, August 22nd, in a charity event that spanned two different areas of Southern Ontario and hundreds of kilometres of motorcycle riding in-between. The Sixth Annual Motorcycle Ride 4 Kidney started off in central Mississauga with registrations, introductions, a peameal bacon breakfast and music provided by Country 95.3. Then it was off to Turkey Point, Ontario for a motorcycle ride through the scenic back country of Southern Ontario. Once at Turkey Point, a barbecue lunch was provided while there were games and prize giveaways. The “Motorcycle Ride 4 Kidney” is an annual event and is dedicated to spreading awareness about kidney disease and kidney ailments. Proceeds from the event went to the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
