2008 October > The 10th Anniversary Southside Shuffle, Port Credit's Blues & Jazz Festival, Mississauga's Musical Mardi Gras
It's that time of year again, where the streets of Port Credit are packed with exciting performances. Throughout the weekend of September 5 to 7, Port Credit's 10th Annual Southside Shuffle, Blues and Jazz Festival will be kicking off. The attraction had numerous bands come out and perform for thousands of people who all gathered with friends and families on the streets, patios, or Port Credit's Memorial Park. The fans got to enjoy great food on the streets, a fantastic opening ceremony from the Top Hat Marching Band, free colourful beads and buttons, and many more throughout the three-day event. What an exciting event this was. It's hard to believe thats it's already been ten years of the Southside Shuffle. Everyone had a great time and the kids enjoyed great cotton candy and an opportunity to dance right on the streets of Lakeshore Rd.
