Functional Performance Centre Opening
Katharine is very excited to have her new business open in Mississauga. The Functional Performance Centre is home to Ontario's only self-contained water treadmill. If you have pain when you move, you've got to get on this state-of-the-art warm water treadmill. It's "No Pain, All Gain" therapy is a fantastic way to lessen joint stress, help with balance or even help athletes preparing for marathons. The facility is completely wheel chair accessible and a has warm and comfortable environment. Katharine encourages everyone to stop by and say hello. Remember to bring your swimsuit!
